CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

Contact us by email or phone to schedule your class. Simply click the Contact tab at the top of the page and request a class.  We will contact you shortly with availability. 

Closed toe shoes required for all participants.  The fusing process takes a minimum of 12 hours, therefore, pieces will be ready for pick up or mailed out no sooner than 24 after class completion. Students must agree to sign a waiver in order to participate.

Introduction to Fused Glass

Want to learn a little something about fused glass, also known as warm glass, but not put forth a huge commitment of time and money?  Then this is the class for you. In this 2 hour class you will learn to cut glass and learn enough about fusing to decide if it is for you.  You will create a 6"x 6" sun catcher with all tools and select glass included.  

$50 Per Person.  

(1-2 hour class)

Fusing Fundamentals (Fusing 101)

Sign up for this class and learn the fundamentals of Fused Glass also known as Warm Glass or Kiln Formed Glass. You will learn about different kilns including set up and maintenance.  You will learn about and use different glass tools and experiment with the different types and forms of glass.  Last but not least you will learn fusing schedules for desired textures and effects including kiln forming. Tools and materials provided. 

Students will create sun catchers, plates or bowls, vases or candle holders, and  jewelry.

$165 per person  Sign up by November 30th and pay only $150 per person!

(3 sessions 2 - 2.5 hours each session or a one day 6 - 7 hour session)

Microwave Glass Fusing

Sign up for this 1 hour class and learn how to create beautiful glass jewelry in your microwave at home!! Students will take home at least one complete piece of jewelry. Not interested in jewelry, this technique can also be used to create key chains, wine bottle stoppers( extra charge may apply), magnets and more. 

$35 per person, all tools, supplies and glass included. 

Kiln Forming (vases, bowls, plates, etc.)

Must have general fusing knowledge, prerequisite Fusing Fundamentals or equivalent. More info coming soon.
